A container bodyn(2) having an aperture (21) for loading and unloading an electronic substrate (w),nthe substrate transportation container (1) comprising a lid (3) for sealing suchnaperture (21), in which the container body (2) and the lid (3) are made of anmaterial having an amorphous polyolefin as its main constituent. Bynconstituting the container body (2) and the lid (3) using the amorphous polyolefinnwith low hygroscopic characteristic as a main constituent, it is possible to keepndischarge of moisture from the internal wall thereof low and also to prevent annincrease of moisture concentration in the sealed compartment.
