The genus Sulfolobus -derived isocitrate dehydrogenase of a thermo stable type in the ammonia elimination reagent in solution of the present invention has excellent stability under conditions of alkaline pHs. By adopting the genus Sulfolobus -derived thermo stable isocitrate dehydrogenase for an assay system of a biological substance producing ammonia as the reaction product, it can be provided an ammonia elimination reagent, which can be stored in the state of a solution. |
