titleOfInvention Crystallized beads of a product which can be supercooled and process to prepare them
abstract The subject of the present invention is a new presentation of a product exhibiting the phenomenon of supercooling. More specifically, the invention relates to crystallized beads of a product having a high supercooling. The invention also relates to the preparation of said pearls.n n n The characteristic of the process of the invention is to melt if necessary the product to be shaped; fragment the melt into droplets; cooling the droplets to a temperature below the glass transition temperature of the product so that these droplets harden by vitrification; to maintain the beads thus vitrified at a temperature below the glass transition temperature and to bring them into contact with seeds of crystallization; to crystallize the pearls by raising the temperature above the glass transition temperature and then to recover the crystallized pearls.
