The invention relates to a method for producing porous bone substitute materials which have a partially or completely interconnecting pore system with a volume fraction of 5 to 60%. The bone substitute material consists of a solid component and a liquid component based on acrylate / methacrylate as well as coarse granules made of a biocompatible material with the largest particle diameter of 0.5 to 10 mm. |
