abstract |
The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of glycoloylanilides of the general formula (G) <IMAGE> by reacting a nitrobenzene of the general formula (A) with hydrogen and optionally a carbonyl compound of the formula (B) in the presence of a catalyst containing a noble metal and a solvent the reaction equation (1) <IMAGE>, the catalyst is separated off and the compound of the formula (C) is reacted with chloroacetyl chloride according to the reaction equation (2) <IMAGE> to a compound of the formula (D), this with a benzyl alcohol of the formula (E ) and a base in accordance with the reaction equation (3) <IMAGE>, or the compound of the formula (C) with an O-benzylglycoloyl chloride of the formula (K) in accordance with the reaction equation (4) <IMAGE> and the O-benzylglycoloylanilide of the formula (F) in the presence of a catalyst containing noble metal with hydrogen according to the reaction equation (5) <IMAGE> to the Glycoloy lanilide of the formula (G). The present invention further relates to new O-benzylglycoloylanilides of the formula (F) and a process for their preparation. |
