abstract Derivatives of formula [DPIM] -S (O) pWY are described, where [DPIM] has the formula (I), in which R and R1 each signify hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy, p is 0, 1 or 2, W means alkylene, Y means an unsaturated ring with 5 or 6 elements, optionally substituted, containing from 1 to 4 nitrogen atoms, and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts. Said derivatives are inhibitors of acyl coenzyme-A: cholesterol-O-acyl transferase and of the binding of thromboxane TxA2 to its receptors. They are useful in therapy.
