Compressed granules consisting of particles of a predetermined size are obtained from premixtures of constituents, at least in part solid, of washing and cleaning products with the addition of plasticizers and / or soluble lubricants, emulsifiable or dispersible in the water, the premixes being transformed into a homogeneous mass and pressed in the form of tubes, under pressures of 25 to 200 bars, through shapes whose orifices have a diameter corresponding to the dimension fixed for the granules. When they come out of the shapes, the compressed tubes are reduced to the size fixed for the granules. The process is suitable for the manufacture of stable, non-sticky concentrates, intended for washing and cleaning products for domestic or industrial use in the form of highly compressed pulverulent and flowable granules. |
