Curing combination for cationically polymerisable materials |
abstract |
The present invention relates to activated hardener combinations for organic cationically polymerizable materials. The hardener combinations can be obtained by activating a solution or a dispersion of an iron-arene salt and a polycarboxylic acid, an anhydride based on a polycarboxylic acid or a polyisocanate by heating or by exposure to actinic radiation. The curable compositions containing these activated hardener combinations can be used as encapsulation or encapsulation compositions for electronic components. |
