abstract |
A positive-working light-sensitive mixture is described which contains a light-sensitive compound either of the o-quinonediazide type or a photolytic acid donor in combination with a compound which contains a COC group, a binder which is soluble or swellable in aqueous alkaline solution, and one at a wavelength of λ = 365 ± 15 nm absorbing dye of the general formula I The photosensitive mixture according to the invention shows a higher photosensitivity than comparable mixtures which contain other dyes. |
