abstract |
a) aus Staubgefäßen unreife Pollenkörner in Nährlösung entnimmt und das umgebende Gewebe entfernt b) die isolierten unreifen Pollenkörner in einer Nährlösung kultiviert c) in die Pollenkörner während der in vitro -Kultivierung und Reifung fremdes Genmaterial überträgt d) die transformierten Pollenkörner in vitro zur vollständigen Reifung bringt e) mit den transformierten Pollenkörnern Empfängerpflanzen bestäubt und aus diesen Samen gewinnt sowie transgenes Saatgut und Vermehrungsprodukte desselben. Process for gene transfer in plants, in which one a) removes immature pollen grains in nutrient solution from stamens and removes the surrounding tissue b) the isolated immature pollen grains are cultivated in a nutrient solution c) transfers foreign genetic material into the pollen grains during in vitro cultivation and maturation d) the transformed pollen grains are fully ripened in vitro e) recipient plants are pollinated with the transformed pollen grains and obtained from these seeds as well as transgenic seeds and propagation products of the same. |
