A process for the preparation of urea and / or biuret groups containing polyisocyanate preparations with an NCO content of 0.7 to 45 wt .-% by reacting organic polyisocyanates with mixtures of a) organic compounds of the molecular weight range 500 to 20,000 with at least two groups reactive to isocyanate groups and b) organic compounds of the molecular weight range 60 to 499 with at least two groups reactive to isocyanate groups while maintaining an equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups to groups reactive to isocyanate groups of 2: 1 to 100: 1, components a) and / or b ) compounds containing at least some amino groups are used, the polyisocyanate preparations thus obtained and their use in the production of plastics by the isocyanate polyaddition process, in particular in the production of molded plastics having a density of 0.8 to 1.4 g / cm 3 na ch the reaction injection molding technique. |
