Purine derivatives represented by general formula (I), and medicinally acceptable salts thereof, wherein R represents hydrogen, alkyl or phenyl optionally having at least one of halogen, lower alkyl and lower alkoxy as substituent, R' and R 2 may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, dialkylaminoalkyl, cyclic aminoalkyl, alkenyl or aralkyl or, when taken together, R' and R 2 represent a heterocyclic group together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, and R 3 and R 4 may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl. They have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, antiallergic, and antithrombotic affects, thus being useful as medicines. |
