abstract |
A metal sheet having a surface with a single layer of hydrated chromium oxide or a double layer consisting of an upper layer or hydrated chromium oxide and a lower layer of metallic chromium, is laminated with a double layered thermoplastic resin consisting of a polyester resin inner layer bonded directly to the surface of the metal sheet and a polycarbonate resin outer layer which is adhered to the polyester resin layer by conventional film laminating or an extrusion laminating techniques. The product is suitable for can production and has good denting resistance. |
