abstract The vacuum cleaner with a dust bag has a fine dust filter separate from the main filter in the exhaust air stream of the fan. This fine filter is exchangeable and is located in a special chamber. It is folded in a zigzag shape and of the two regions so formed in the chamber, one side contains a deodorising layer, eg, of active carbon. This precedes the actual fine filter layer, with regards to the direction of air flow. The fine filter layer is made from granulate of one or more layers. It is electrostatically charged and is a Class S filter. ADVANTAGE - Simple construction with improved efficiency and preventing odours.
