abstract |
The protective layer is an appropriately shaped and folded foil whose sections jointly fully cover the magnet, and are permanently joined to one another in such a way that contact between the magnet and chemically reactive media is prevented. An Independent claim is also included for an application of a magnet with such a protective layer in a plasma generating installation. |
