abstract |
objectnThe present application is a process for the preparation of anEnzyme granules from an aqueous,npurified enzyme solution,ncharacterized by the steps of (a) ion exchange chromatography,n(b) setting an appropriate concentration and (c) granulation.nOptionally, a coating can be connected as step (d)nbecome. The enzyme granules obtained are chromatographicallynand thus discolored gentlynand deodorized enzyme concentrates and indicate accordinglynadvantageous properties. In the case of the coating they cannto obtain a light color with less pigment in the coating layernbe provided as previously necessary to achieve the same colornwas. With it increasednthe elasticitynthe coating, and the coated granules tend therebynless for dust formation. They are particularly suitable for incorporationnin detergents and cleaners. |
