The invention relates to a two-layer ceramic composite material, the first (1), predominantly load-bearing layer being a purely oxidic, carbon-free, fiber-reinforced ceramic, which is produced by a colloidal process. The second (2), mainly thermally insulating layer is an oxide ceramic foam. The colloidal process leads to a carbon-free oxide ceramic, which due to its high purity is characterized by the lowest dielectric losses in the entire operating temperature range. This colloidal process also enables simple and inexpensive production. |
