In order to achieve an increased service life of organic electro-optical elements, the invention provides a method for their production, which comprises the steps: DOLLAR A - providing a carrier (3), DOLLAR A - applying a first conductive layer (13), DOLLAR A - applying at least one layer (15) which has at least one organic, electro-optical material, DOLLAR A - applying a second conductive layer (17), and the step of DOLLAR A - depositing at least one layer (7, 71, 72 , ..., 7N) with a glass-like structure. |
