abstract |
A thermally conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising a polymer composition and aluminum oxide particles is proposed, which has a particularly high cohesion even without postcrosslinking and, in addition, can be formed as a layer without bubbles, without causing the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition to gel. To achieve this, alumina particles are used which consist of more than 95 wt .-% of alpha-alumina. Furthermore, a thermally conductive surface element produced from this pressure-sensitive adhesive and applications thereof are described. |
