abstract The invention relates to a process for increasing the efficiency of surfactants, for suppressing lamellar mesophases, for temperature stabilization of the single-phase region, and to a process for reducing the interfacial tension in microemulsions containing silocon oils by means of additives, and to a surfactant-oil mixture. According to the invention, the effects mentioned are effected by adding to the microemulsion as additive a block copolymer having a water-soluble block A and a block B containing either a polyalkylene oxide having at least 4 C atoms in the monomer building block or a polydiene or a partially or completely hydrogenated polydiene or a polyalkane is.
