abstract |
The present invention provides novel tetrahydrocarbazole derivatives improved in properties which can be used as inhibitors of GPCRs. This provides the opportunity to treat with the new compounds disease states that depend in their expression on the pathobiochemical effect of GPCRs. In particular, the compounds according to the invention have an antagonistic inhibition of the LHRH receptor. The invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions containing one or more of the novel compounds as active ingredient. The medicaments are particularly suitable for use in an oral dosage form in mammals or humans. |
