An arrangement for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of particles in gases, in particular of particles in the exhaust gas of internal combustion engines, is described, comprising an oscillation system with at least one oscillation sensor (2), preferably a piezoelectric resonator, which has at least one active collecting surface (5) for the is provided for analyzing particles, a circuit (3, 4) for determining characteristic vibration parameters and guide and transport devices for the gas to be analyzed. In order to obtain the largest possible measuring range with a linear characteristic and thus great sensitivity and dynamics with regard to the mass loading in the entire measuring range, a vibration sensor (2) which is stationary relative to the measuring chamber and at least one active deflection device for the gas or the particles contained therein are provided. |
