The invention relates to the technical field of ink, in particular to a fluorescent ink and a preparation method and application thereof. The fluorescent ink of the present invention includes a fluorescent pigment, a binder and a solvent; the fluorescent pigment includes curcumin and/or curcumin derivatives. The fluorescent ink uses curcumin and/or curcumin derivatives as fluorescent pigments to configure fluorescent inks with different colors, can effectively detect volatile amines, and has the characteristics of rapidity, high sensitivity and high selectivity. Coating the fluorescent ink on the substrate can make a fluorescent indicator label with both freshness detection and anti-counterfeiting functions, which can detect the characteristic gas generated in the process of food spoilage, and accurately obtain the information of food freshness. |
