titleOfInvention | Glucuronic acid functionalized gold nanocluster LB film and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a glucuronic acid functionalized gold nano-cluster LB film and a preparation method and application thereof. The glucuronic acid functionalized gold nanocluster LB film is a thin film obtained by LB technology of glucuronic acid functionalized gold nanoclusters obtained by functionalizing the gold nanoclusters protected by human serum albumin with glucuronic acid. The applicant found in experiments that when the LB membrane was used for the fluorescence detection of free bilirubin content in human serum at the nanomolar level, it could not only be used repeatedly, but also had strong anti-interference ability and high sensitivity. In the concentration range, the quenching efficiency showed a good linear relationship with the logarithm of free bilirubin concentration, and the detection limit was (2.70±0.14)×10 ‑1 nM (S/N=3). |
