The preparation steps include prepolymerization, solid phase polycondensation, mixing, melt extrusion, drawing, coiling and heat treatment. In the present invention, the toughness of the liquid crystal polymer film can be significantly improved by introducing a novel monomer tetrafluoroterephthalic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, and biphenyl diphenol, which can be subjected to -60°C There is no cracking phenomenon after the cold and heat cycle at ~200°C, and the service life is further extended, which is better suitable for environments with large temperature differences. |
