A preparation method of a hydrophobic ice-repellent coating and a composite wing structure having the coating prepared by the method, the first step is to modify the wing to obtain carbon-containing active functional groups on its surface, which can improve the subsequent hydrophobic ice-repellent coating. The bonding with the substrate can avoid the performance degradation of the coating under complex working conditions, and then the aluminum-doped diamond-like carbon coating is prepared by the plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method, and the aluminum-containing carbide micro-nano coating is obtained by adjusting the preparation parameters. The structural surface ultimately improves the hydrophobic and ice-repellent properties of the wing. |
