The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) mixing the nickel source solution, the cobalt source solution, the manganese source solution and the scandium source solution uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; (2) adding an ammonia solution and a NaOH solution to the mixed solution to carry out co-precipitation reaction, and then solid-liquid separation to obtain the intermediate Ni x Co y Mn z Sc m (OH) 2 ; (3) disperse the intermediate with the lithium source and the chromium source, and then add the phosphorus source and the titanium source to obtain a mixture ; (4) The mixture is coated, and the solvent is evaporated, and vacuum-dried is finished.
