abstract The present invention realizes the transformation of ADSCs into neurons by reprogramming and overexpressing Sox2 gene in ADSCs or suppressing the expression of PSEN1 gene thereof, or by reprogramming overexpressing Sox2 gene and silencing PSEN1 gene expression in ADSCs at the same time. Through the above reprogramming method, the conversion rate of ADSCs to neurons can be improved, and a large number of neurons can be obtained. In addition, the present invention also provides a hydrogel with improved cell activity, and the hydrogel can improve the efficiency of transformation from ADSCs to neural stem cells.
