abstract |
The invention belongs to the technical field of nano-biomedical imaging, and relates to a small-sized (8-50 nanometer) near-infrared second-region fluorescent imaging contrast agent and a preparation method and application thereof. The small-sized contrast agent is composed of a four-arm star-shaped molecular brush polymer. Self-assembled in an aqueous solution, the star-shaped molecular brush polymer takes the conjugated infrared second-region fluorescent dye as the core and has four hydrophilic side chains of poly(oligo(ethylene glycol) methacrylate). The polymer can be assembled into a small-sized near-infrared second-region fluorescence imaging contrast agent with a particle size of 8-50 nanometers in an aqueous solution. Compared with the existing near-infrared second region fluorescence imaging contrast agent, the small size near-infrared second region fluorescence imaging contrast agent prepared by the invention has excellent water solubility, small molecular size, long blood circulation time in vivo and high tumor accumulation. Infrared second region has good fluorescence imaging effect. |
