The invention discloses a near-infrared response and ROS release nanofiber system and a preparation method thereof. The nanofiber system is a nanofiber membrane, the nanofiber membrane takes AIPH-loaded PCL-GEL electrospinning nanofibers as a skeleton structure, and the surface of the electrospinning nanofibers has a near-infrared photothermal agent coating layer. The preparation is as follows: using a spinning solution containing PCL, GEL and AIPH to obtain a PCL-GEL electrospinning nanofiber membrane loaded with AIPH by electrospinning, and then coating a layer of near-infrared photothermal agent on its surface to obtain nanofibers system. The AIPH loading rate in the nanofiber system is high, and the surface-coated near-infrared photothermal agent can generate local hyperthermia and trigger AIPH to release ROS under near-infrared light irradiation. Photothermal and chemotherapy can synergistically kill tumor cells and resist tumors. The effect is remarkable. |
