titleOfInvention A nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dot/metal organic framework material MOF-5 photocatalyst and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention discloses a nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dot/metal organic framework material MOF-5 photocatalyst, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the field of photocatalyst preparation. The present invention uses coconut shell, a natural resource, as a raw material, prepares nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots by a hydrothermal method, and adopts an in-situ synthesis method to introduce nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots when preparing the metal-organic framework material MOF-5. In photocatalysis, nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots/metal-organic framework material MOF-5 photocatalyst utilizes the high charge transfer ability and molecular oxygen activation ability of nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots (N-CQD) to improve the metal-organic framework material MOF ‑5 in electrical conductivity, stability, and photocatalytic performance. The method has short technical process, cheap and easily available raw materials, and is a very ideal preparation method for photocatalyst nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots/metal organic framework material MOF-5. The nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots/ The metal-organic framework material MOF-5 photocatalyst has good photocatalytic performance for hexavalent chromium, and can be widely used in the treatment of chromium-containing wastewater.
