The culture method includes the following steps: S1. Washing fresh tumor tissue, and then cutting it into small pieces of 2-4 mm 3 ; S2. Making the tissue piece obtained in S1 into a single cell suspension, then adding CD117 + immunomagnetic beads to incubate, washing the cells, Centrifuge and resuspend, and select mast cells by immunomagnetic bead sorting system; S3. Resuspend the mast cells obtained from S2 in the medium used for primary culture of tumor-infiltrating mast cells, and then transfer them to a well plate, and put them in a well plate.
