titleOfInvention A kind of culture medium and method for bacterial fermentation to produce trehalase
abstract The invention relates to a culture medium and a culture method for producing enzymes by bacterial fermentation, and more particularly, to a culture medium and culture method for producing trehalase by fermentation of Micrococcus rhodochrous. The composition of the fermentation medium is trehalose, yeast extract powder, KCL, KH 2 PO 4 and VB 1 , the pH of the medium is 5.6 to 7.5, and the strains used in the fermentation are those obtained by separating and purifying by the plate streaking method. First, inoculate the Micrococcus rhodochrous in a liquid medium to obtain a fermented seed liquid; then inoculate the fermented seed liquid in the fermentation medium, and the obtained fermentation liquid is subjected to centrifugal ultrafiltration to obtain a crude enzyme liquid . The trehalase fermented by the method has higher enzymatic activity and has broad prospects in industrial and medical applications.
