Lysosome targeted photosensitizer, synthetic method and application in biological imaging |
abstract |
The invention relates to a lysosome targeted photosensitizer, a synthetic method and application thereof in biological imaging. The lysosome targeting photosensitizer and the (MP-TPEDCH) are formed by connecting a synthesis reaction by taking MP as a lysosome targeting group and TPEDCH as a photosensitive molecule. The lysosome targeted photosensitizer can spontaneously and stably fluoresce in an aqueous medium through an aggregation induction effect, under the irradiation of laser, electrons are excited to be transferred to surrounding oxygen molecules so as to generate active oxygen, strong cytotoxicity is generated, and then tumor cells are killed, so that photodynamic therapy is realized. The invention also relates to methods of synthesizing the lysosomal targeting photosensitizers, and their use in biological imaging. |
