Aggregation-induced luminescent lysosome probe independent of acidic pH and preparation method and application thereof ‑Hartwig coupling reaction produces a crude product, the solvent in the crude product is removed, ethanol and acetone are added to dissolve the crude product, filtered, the filtrate is dried, and then purified by silica gel column chromatography using chloroform and methanol as eluents, i.e. Aggregation-induced luminescent lysosomal probes independent of acidic pH were obtained. The bioprobe of the present invention has the property of being independent of acidic pH changes, and is responsive to environmental viscosity. The mechanism of its imaging in lysosomes is the restricted intramolecular movement caused by viscosity, and compared with the traditional PET mechanism of action, it has better photostability and is not affected by the acidity of the microenvironment. |
