The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a target aromatic ketone compound by using alkyne and N-fluorobisbenzenesulfonamide as the starting raw materials for the reaction, under the action of an oxidizing agent, through the single-electron transfer mechanism of copper-catalyzed alkyne fragmentation new method. This method has a wide range of substrates, and both aliphatic and aromatic alkynes can be used as substrates to construct aromatic ketones with different substitutions. In addition, the method involves mild reaction conditions, simple operation, product diversity, and large-scale production can be realized. |
