titleOfInvention A new method for rapid detection of ochratoxin A based on nucleic acid dye Genefinder
abstract The invention discloses a new method for rapid detection of ochratoxin A, which is mainly based on the non-labeled nucleic acid dye Genefinder to detect ochratoxin A. The method is to combine the ochratoxin A aptamer with its complementary strand to form a double-stranded structure, resulting in enhanced fluorescence of the Genefinder dye. The structure of Genedinder dye resulted in a decrease in the fluorescence of Genedinder dye, and the rapid and quantitative detection of ochratoxin A was achieved by detecting the fluorescence intensity. The method provided by the invention is simple, strong in specificity and fast in detection speed, and can meet the requirements of fast and accurate detection on site.
