abstract | The invention discloses a rapid detecting card for simultaneous detection of aflatoxin B1, ochratoxin A, vomitoxin and zearalenone in wheat and wheat products and a detection method thereof, and belongs to the field of food safety immunoassay technique. The rapid detecting card is based on label immune reaction. Characteristics are that: a colloidal gold pad is coated with monoclonal antibody colloidal gold markers which are resistant to aflatoxin B1, ochratoxin A, vomitoxin and zearalenone; a nitrocellulose membrane has five vertical envelope imprinting belts which are separated from each other and are used for coating envelope antigens and goat-anti-mouse antibodies of aflatoxin B1, ochratoxin A, vomitoxin and zearalenone respectively. The detecting card provided in the invention is simple in structure, rapid and accurate in detecting, low in detection cost and high in sensitivity. Detection limits of aflatoxin B1, ochratoxin A, vomitoxin and zearalenone are 5 ug/kg, 5 ug/kg, 1000 ug/kg and 50 ug/kg respectively. |
