titleOfInvention | A non-diagnostic method for detecting PD-L1 gene mutation in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood |
abstract | The invention provides a non-diagnostic method for detecting PD-L1 gene mutation in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by using peripheral blood circulating tumor cells, belonging to the field of molecular biology. The detection method mainly includes collecting peripheral blood, processing the peripheral blood, filtering and enriching circulating tumor cells , the expression of PD-L1 in circulating tumor cells was detected by immunohistochemistry. The detection method provided by the present invention can detect the PD-L1 expression of colorectal cancer patients without obtaining tissue samples by needle biopsy. The technique is minimally invasive and enables real-time detection. At the same time, it can avoid false positive results caused by edge effects that may occur in the staining process, has good stability, reduces cell loss, and improves detection accuracy. |
