The present invention also proposes a method for antigen detection using the kit. The detection results of the kit of the present invention can guide the actual drug use, and can not only reflect the overall tumor, including carcinoma in situ and possible invisible micrometastases load, but also reflect the expression of PD-L1 in CTCs; according to PBMC The proportion of PD-L1 and CD8 positive cells in the medium can provide a reference for the precise selection of therapeutic drugs; it is more convenient to obtain materials than the detection technology based on tumor tissue.
