Synthesis and preparation method of a new type of curcumin derivatives and application in tumor therapy |
abstract |
The invention provides the structure, preparation method and application prospect of a novel curcumin derivative in the field of tumor treatment. Computer molecular simulations show that: the curcumin derivatives provided by the present invention have significant interactions with the SH2 domain of STAT3, a key protein in the human cell signaling pathway; in addition, the results of the cell proliferation experiment (CCK-8) show that the present invention The compounds involved have obvious proliferation inhibitory effects on both parent and EGFR inhibitor-resistant (human) non-small cell lung cancer cell lines PC9 and HCC827, and their biological activities are better than curcumin. This research will be of great significance to the application of such compounds in the clinical treatment of tumors and other biological aspects. |
