titleOfInvention | A Stenotrophomonas maltophilia GYH and its application in degrading chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants |
abstract | The invention discloses Stenotrophomonas maltophilia GYH and its application in degrading chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants. The application is resting cells obtained by expanding the Stenotrophomonas maltophilia GYH Adding pH=5-8 inorganic medium, then adding chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants, and culturing at 20-35°C and 140-180rpm to achieve degradation of pollutants. The Stenotrophomonas maltophilia GYH described in the present invention can remove chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants at a concentration of 2.9-8.93 mg/L. Therefore, the Stenotrophomonas maltophilia has efficient degradation ability for industrial similar pollutants, and can withstand higher concentrations of pollutants. |
