The invention discloses a strain of Bacillus pallor ZJUTCB-1 which can efficiently degrade chlorobenzene and an application thereof. The organic pollutants include toluene, p-xylene, chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene or n-hexane. The method is as follows: inoculate Bacillus pallidum ZJUTCB-1 into an inorganic salt culture solution, add organic pollutants, and carry out a degradation reaction under the conditions of 25-35° C., 160 rpm and pH=6-8 to realize the degradation of organic matter; Bacillus pallidus ZJUTCB‑1 can degrade chlorobenzene and other common organic pollutants in the industry, such as toluene, p-xylene, 1,2‑dichlorobenzene, n-hexane, etc. The Bacillus pallidum ZJUTCB-1 of the invention can realize efficient purification of chlorobenzene in industrial waste water and waste gas, has low pollution, is easy to popularize, and has low purification cost. |
