titleOfInvention A foam type cobalt/carbon composite wave absorbing material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the field of material preparation, and relates to a foam type cobalt/carbon composite wave absorbing material and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims to solve the problems of uncontrollable mesoporous structure and non-adjustable electromagnetic wave absorption strength of the cobalt/carbon composite material prepared by the existing method. The preparation method of "foam" type cobalt/carbon composite wave absorbing material obtained by microsphere template. In the present invention, PS microspheres are selected as hard templates, and the "foam" type cobalt/carbon composite material is obtained through in-situ filling, growth, template removal, calcination and other processes, and the effective pore structure of the composite material can be realized by adjusting the particle size of the PS microspheres. The regulation and control method is simple, and it is expected to be extended as a universal controllable preparation method of porous magnetic metal/carbon composite absorbing materials, and lays an experimental foundation for establishing a univariate relationship between pore structure and absorbing performance in the later stage.
