A preparation method of a porous carbon wave absorbing material inlaid with cobalt and oxides belongs to the technical field of microwave absorbing materials. The invention uses metal-organic framework ZIF-67 as a precursor, and obtains a preparation method of a Co/Co 3 O 4 inlaid nanoporous carbon composite wave absorbing material through one-step carbonization. The metal-organic framework ZIF-67 powder was synthesized by diffusion method and co-precipitation method. The ZIF-67 powder was calcined in an inert atmosphere of 500-800 °C, and the powder was taken out for air cooling when it was cooled to a certain temperature, and Co was oxidized. It is Co 3 O 4 . After being completely cooled, the black powder is ground and collected to obtain a Co/Co 3 O 4 inlaid nanoporous carbon composite wave absorbing material with excellent wave absorbing properties. The process is not only simple in process, but also has the advantages of low cost of raw materials, short time-consuming period, no need for any subsequent treatment process and no need for complex synthesis equipment, and provides conditions for practical production and application. |
