The invention combines the superfine grinding and the surface modification, combines the mechanochemical principle and the superfine grinding technology, realizes the pollution-free product, and realizes the high-speed collision reaction of internal molecules by means of surface coating and solid mutual solution, thereby preparing a new material with unique performance.
