abstract |
The present invention provides a curable composition capable of obtaining a cured film with high heat resistance, capable of obtaining a cured film with high light reflectance, and capable of maintaining a high cured film even when exposed to high temperatures. The reflectivity of light can also be obtained, and a cured film with high insulation reliability can be obtained. The curable composition in the present invention comprises a curable component, titanium oxide and an inorganic filler other than titanium oxide, wherein the iron concentration in the curable composition is 100 ppm or less. |
