The extraction method comprises the following steps: pulverizing semen Herpetospermi, extracting with ethanol, extracting the extractive solution with ethyl acetate, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract. Experiments show that the dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol can remarkably reverse ALT and AST and other liver function level rise, bile flow reduction and liver lesion in blood serum of ANIT-induced cholestasis SD rats, and has remarkable liver injury protection effect; and mainly play a role in regulating the expression of genes downstream thereof based on the activation of FXR targets. The invention widens the application range of the dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol and the herpetospermum pedunculosum seed ethyl acetate extract, and has important application value and economic benefit for developing FXR agonistic drugs or liver injury protection drugs. |
