titleOfInvention Alkaline cyanide-free brush plating solution of multi-coordination system and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an alkaline cyanide-free brush plating solution of a multi-element coordination system and a preparation method thereof, wherein the alkaline cyanide-free brush plating solution comprises solvent water and the following components: AgNO 3 80-160g/L of succinimide, 300g/L of succinimide, 200g/L of 5, 5-dimethylhydantoin 100, 80-160g/L of potassium pyrophosphate, 320g/L of potassium methanesulfonate, 15-40g/L of ammonium acetate, 15-30g/L of potassium carbonate, 1.5-3g/L of bismuth nitrate, 0.8-1.2g/L of bipyridyl, 0.6-1.0g/L of thiosemicarbazide, and the pH value of the plating solution is adjusted to be 8.5-10. The succinimide system can effectively solve the problem that a plating layer is easy to yellow and discolor after being placed in a traditional succinimide system silver plating process, and the thickness and the hardness of the obtained silver plating layer can reach the standard.
