titleOfInvention Preparation method of nano zinc oxide loaded alginate fiber and prepared fiber
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of loaded nano-zinc oxide alginate fibers, relates to the technical field of fiber after-finishing, and is provided based on the problems that the surfaces of nano-zinc oxide have no active groups, are not easy to combine with fibers, and have poor dispersibility. The invention comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating alginate fibers; (2) preparing alginate fibers loaded with zinc ions; (3) preparing a cationic amino compound, adding water-soluble protein, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to be alkaline; (4) and (3) soaking the zinc-containing alginate fiber prepared in the step (2) into the solution prepared in the step (3) to prepare the nano zinc oxide-loaded alginate fiber. The invention also provides the fiber prepared by the preparation method. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation method is simple, and the nano zinc oxide is easy to combine with the alginate fibers and can be uniformly dispersed on the alginate fibers; the prepared alginate fiber loaded with the nano zinc oxide is not easy to harden.
